Retail Shipping & Delivery - Artificially Real

Standard delivery is dispatched between 1 & 3 business days following the placement of an order.
For retail orders, over $100 we offer freight free.
All our parcels are delivered by Australia Post.
Whilst care is taking in packing your order, sometimes accidents or delays may occur. Please inspect your parcel carefully upon delivery to ensure no items are missing or damaged. Should there be a problem with your delivery, email cs@artificiallyreal.com.au
Deliveries must be signed for & it will be presumed the person at the address who signs for the delivery, is authorised to take receipt.
In the absence of someone being available to sign for a delivery, the parcel will be available for pick up from your nearest Australia Post store. The carrier will leave a card if he is unable to deliver the parcel, directing you to the Post Office.
Delivery should be made within 5-12 days of order placement.
Shipping will be calculated on orders in the process of placing an order if it is not exempt from freight.
